My name is Pastry Chef Darci Lynn Emerson, owner and operator of The Sugar Tree. I grew up in a small town on the maine coast where I became interested in cooking at the age of 5. By the time I graduated high school I had worked 4 years at several restaurants as a line cook and baker. I attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI where I graduated cum laude with an A.A.S in Baking and Pastry Arts. Cakes and pastries are a passion and I love creating one of a kind delectable works of art. I look forward to working with you!
